Opening Musicians:
Hannah’s Whirl – Paul Arnone…singer, songwriter...a native Floridian. Paul’s exposure to music has spanned numerous influential generations, from the Big Band and post WWII music of his parents, through 50’s doo-wap, R & B, folk, jazz, and light rock. His songs endeavor to capture razor thin slices of life; the decisive moment, the fleeting emotion, the passing thought. The lyrics are intelligently woven to share with you everything from his piercing sadness to his inspirational joy of living. Tami Wingard…also a native Floridian, discovered her love for singing and music as a child. Her musical interests were expanded by the clarinet in junior high and high school. Ultimately she found herself in concert choir, moved by the ethereal sounds the harmonies created. Through the years, many female artists have motivated and influenced her vocally, including Anne Murray, Karen Carpenter, Mary Chapin-Carpenter, Natalie Merchant and K.D. Lang.

Featured Artists:
"Evergreen has been performing their unique blend of celtic folk music for over 20 years. They frequently perform at festivals and are regulars on local radio stations. Recently reformed with a new line-up, after successful solo projects, the band is now a family again in the true sense of the word with songwriter Angela Mason on vocals and flute, George Mason on mandolin and banjo, and their son John Mason accompanying them on guitar and with his own style of vocals. They have performed at the Tarpon Springs Culture Center for a sold out crowd, the Pinellas Folk Festival at Heritage Village Park and many local events since the beginning of this year. Get a taste of some of their celtic to country music on their recently released CD. As Erik would say "they have come from Ireland via London" and it all adds flavor to this talented group of musicians.
